Questions investors ask first.

Q1What's the minimum investment?
The minimum investment is $100,000. Our prospectus has the full breakdown for each product we're currently offering.
Q2How long is my money tied up?
There is an initial lockup period of 12 months. After that, investors may redeem with reasonable notice. We'll walk you through the specific terms for each product before you invest.
Q3How are distributions paid?
Quarterly, by ACH or wire, directly to your bank or IRA custodian account. Your first distribution covers a pro-rata portion of the quarter in which your funds are received.
Q4Is Pimlico an SEC-registered broker-dealer?
No. Pimlico is a private real estate lender. Any securities offerings are made only through formal subscription documents under applicable exemptions, which we'll provide and walk you through before you invest.
Q5Can I visit your office and meet the team?
Absolutely — our headquarters is in Baltimore, MD. Many of our long-term investors have stopped by at least once. We'll happily coordinate a visit if you'd like to put a face to the name.
Q6What happens if a borrower defaults?
Because we hold a first-lien position, we can foreclose, take back the property, and resell it to recover principal. In 10+ years, this process — combined with our conservative LTVs — is why investor principal has remained intact.
